The attention layer for live rooms
The room is the game.
QuizHub is a live, multiplayer quiz platform. Host on the big screen, everyone plays from their phone — no app, no login. Six formats cover training, classrooms, events, and even interviews, all scored on a server nobody can cheat.
Rooms lose people.
Whether it's an all-hands, a training session, a lecture, or a candidate screen, the moment a room goes one-directional, attention leaks. The tools meant to fix that are split into camps that don't talk to each other.
- →Consumer trivia toys are fun but priced and built for game nights, not serious training or assessment.
- →Enterprise polling handles word-clouds and bar charts but is weak at scored quizzing and has no answer to interviews.
- →Recruiters still run structured interviews in a doc, scoring from memory after the call.
- →Every format means a new tool — quiz here, survey there, test somewhere else. Content never carries over.
One engine, six formats.
Scored play
Speed-based scoring, timed questions, a podium and leaderboard at the end. Solo or a live room of one to thousands.
Unscored input
Collect opinions and feedback live with no right answers — results render on the screen as the room responds.
Structured screens
One host, one candidate, open and multiple-choice questions scored by the interviewer in real time. A category nobody else owns.
Phone + PIN + QR
Players scan or type a six-digit PIN, pick a name and avatar, and they're in. No account, no install, under five seconds.
AI question builder
Describe a topic, get a full quiz draft to edit. A shared question bank lets a whole org reuse content across games.
Shared by team
Hosts sign in with Google into an organization. Everyone sees, edits, and runs the same library — quizzes are a team asset, not a personal file.
Why now.
Hybrid is permanent
Distributed teams and classrooms need shared live moments. The screen everyone looks at is now a tab, and it needs to earn attention.
AI killed the content tax
The slow part was always writing the questions. Generating a solid draft in seconds removes the single biggest reason hosts give up.
Real-time got cheap
A static front end on a realtime database runs a live multiplayer room at near-zero marginal cost — margins that weren't possible a few years ago.
Who it's for.
L&D and corporate training
Onboarding, compliance, and product training that people actually finish — with completion and score data managers can see.
Recruiting & interviews
Structured, scored candidate screens in the same tool. A real differentiator and a path to per-seat recruiter revenue.
Educators
Live formative assessment and review games for classrooms and cohorts, free at the individual tier to seed adoption.
Events & community
Conference trivia, webinars, and audience polls that turn a passive crowd into participants — and a lead-gen surface for marketers.

Free is genuinely free — no game or player caps — so adoption isn't throttled. Paid pricing shown is the target launch model, to be validated against willingness-to-pay during the pilot quarter.
First-year earnings.
A bottom-up estimate for the first twelve months of charging, starting from the paid launch at the end of Q3 2026. Free stays free — revenue comes from teams converting to Pro and Team seats. These are planning targets, not forecasts.
Base case · recurring revenue ramp (end-of-quarter MRR)
Year-1 revenue · exit ARR ≈ $45k · ~250 paid seats
Year-1 revenue · exit ARR ≈ $69k · ~340 paid seats
Year-1 revenue · exit ARR ≈ $140k · annual prepay + first enterprise deals
What's behind the numbers
- →Paid launch end of Q3 2026; year-one = the first 12 months of billing.
- →Blended ≈ $17 / seat / month across Pro ($19) and Team ($15); players and the free tier stay free.
- →Ramp starts at the roadmap's first 10 paying orgs and compounds via the public directory and in-meeting integrations.
- →3–4% monthly churn baked in; no annual prepay in the base case.
- →Near-zero infra (static + Supabase) keeps gross margin ~90%+ — revenue largely drops through.
- →Enterprise / custom contracts counted only in the upside.
Year one is about proving conversion and retention, not revenue scale — the exit ARR and funnel data matter more than the ~$24k. Real numbers depend on conversion and churn we'll only learn in the pilot quarter.

Our edge is range under one roof — scored play, polling, and interviews — paired with AI-native authoring and a lean static/realtime stack that keeps marginal cost low and pricing competitive.
Where we are today.
A working product is live on a static + realtime stack (Vercel + Supabase) at near-zero infra cost. The core loop — build, go live, play, podium — works end to end.
- ✓Live engine shipped — PIN, QR lobby, timed questions, speed scoring, podium and leaderboard.
- ✓Six formats live behind one authoring flow.
- ✓AI question generation and a reusable question bank.
- ✓Google sign-in + organizations with shared libraries and public/private visibility.
- ✓Interview format in production — the wedge competitors don't have.
The plan.
Harden & monetize
Server-driven games, plans & billing, and analytics — turn the MVP into something teams can pay for. (See the roadmap.)
Land the beachhead
10 paying L&D / recruiting pilots, integrations with Slack, Teams, and Zoom, and a public quiz directory for top-of-funnel.
Expand
Self-serve growth, an interview/recruiting product line, and the data to raise a seed round on real retention.
Near-term objective: convert the live MVP into a billable product and prove repeatable adoption in one segment before widening. Figures and dates are planning targets.
